I’m 41 and have been working as an engineer in the Telecommunications area, for the last 12 years.
I always had an interest for machines and mechanisms. So, LEGO Technic has been my favorite theme since LEGO introduced the Expert Builder sets in 1977. Despite that I have also interest for many other LEGO Playthemes.
While I’ve played a lot with LEGO bricks during my childhood, I went for a long ‘Catalog Age’ since my 16 years till 38, when I finally bought a large LEGO set to my 2nd child, still to be born at the time…
Actually I’m an active member of PLUG (Portugese LEGO User Group) and a blogger committed to foster the community knowledge about my favorite theme (LEGO Technic, of course).
In my spare time not spent around LEGO, I love the sea and water sports.
My favorite Product
If I have to choose only one set, definitely the 8455 Backhoe would be my first choice.
Although there are many other LEGO Technic sets among my favorites, like the 8479 Barcode Multi-Set and 8880 Super Car just to list a few.
Most Challenging Creation
Build a stackable reduction gear box, made of PF motors internals and make it look an original part.
